Warning on this book, without spoilers!
It is in a large part a war education story. It is in no way a legal thriller with far too much suspense for no good reason other than to get you to read the war section. A lot of people skip the war part once you have established what it was like. It is a good third of the book and does not relate to the story in any meaningful way.
The writing is clean but perhaps read some reviews before you commit the time. A lot felt mislead and skipped big chunks of this one without loss to the story of which could be summed in in one sentence!
