The description says this is Oath of Offie, but under the comments section it says it is Three Strikes. I’m assuming it is just an advertisement?

I’ve actually listened to (some of it) and to correct the above commenters:
1) It is Oath of Office, I assume the poster just copied and pasted the wrong description.
2) The run time shows as 26 minutes, but it appears to be the complete audiobook (if you open it in a player it’s about 14.5 hours long).
When I try to play it on my phone it keeps restarting back at 26 minutes though.

The file just has a bug. If you convert it (to the format of your choice) it should work just fine. I converted the file to M4B and it works perfect. You could also just convert it to mp3 again and it should work
