ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Clare Mackintosh is an author, feature writer and columnist. She has written for The Guardian, Sainsburys Magazine, The Green Parent, and many other national publications, and is a columnist for Cotswold Life and Writing Magazine. She is the founder of Chipping Norton Literary Festival and lives in the Cotswolds with her husband and their three children.
Clare spent twelve years in the police force, working on CID, in custody and as a public order commander, and has drawn on her experiences for her psychological thriller I Let You Go.

Rachel Atkins is an English actress and starred as Vicky Tucker in ‘The Archers’ and has appeared in ‘Doctors’, ‘Eastenders’ and ‘Pompeii: The last day’.
Rachel has also provided the voices for Dolores Umbridge in the video game adaptations of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows as well as the voice of Walburga Black in the former. Atkins also has done the voice for the Miserable Female Gargoyle in the video game adaptation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and a portrait in the video game adaptation of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows She also provided the English-language voice of Miranda Goshawk in Wonderbook: Book of Spells.
